Wrecsam Ffair 2026: The Sights and Sounds
Three days of music, creativity, community activities and conversations – Wrecsam Ffair brought people together across Wrexham in September 2026.
We didn’t manage to capture every moment on camera, but this short video montage offers a glimpse of the people, places and activities that made the event what it was.
From creative workshops and performances to community projects and opportunities to meet people, the Ffair brought together a wide range of organisations and individuals. Everyone had something different to offer, and that variety was part of what made the event special.
More than an event
Wrecsam Ffair was part of TCC’s Belonging in Our Community campaign.
The campaign is about strengthening connections between people across Wrexham, challenging the idea that different backgrounds or experiences have to divide us, and creating opportunities for people to meet and discover what they share.
That doesn’t mean we all have to agree about everything. It means making space for people to participate, contribute, learn from one another and enjoy being part of the same community.
Sometimes that happens through a conversation. Sometimes through music, art, food or a shared activity. And sometimes it starts simply by turning up and spending time together.
This montage is only a small glimpse of the Ffair, but it captures something of the spirit we wanted to create.
Thank you to everyone who performed, ran workshops, organised activities, supported the event and came along. The photographs and videos we’ve been sharing are just some of the ways we’re recognising the people who made Wrecsam Ffair happen.
We have more in common than we think.
