Accountability Session 14.04.26 Fflint Wrecsam Constituency

On 14th April 2026, TCC hosted an Accountability Meeting for Fflint Wrexham at St Mary’s Cathedral, Wrecsam, providing a platform for community members to engage directly with local candidates.

Marc Jones, Plaid Cymru

Kristina Renshaw, Heritage Heritage Party, Flintshire and Wrexham

Richard Marbrow , Liberal Democrats Liberal Democrats

(All political parties and independents were invited)

In preparation for the event, TCC conducted a series of listening exercises with member groups. These sessions informed the development of six key questions posed to candidates, with five shared in advance and one additional question introduced on the night.

David Hughes, TCC Community Organiser, said:

The event highlighted the importance of community-led dialogue in strengthening democratic accountability and ensuring that local voices are heard.
