Race, Privilege and Justice Training with Connect Futures

TCC was proud to host a free online training session on Race, Privilege and Justice, delivered by the brilliant team at Connect Futures. Held on 20th February from 2pm to 3:30pm, the session brought together participants from across sectors to explore key concepts around equitydiversity, and inclusion.

The training offered practical insights into how we can all play a role in addressing racism in our environments—whether personal, professional, or community-based. Attendees engaged with real-world scenarios and gained clarity on the policies and practices needed to foster truly just and equitable spaces.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to the thoughtful discussions. If you missed this session but are interested in future opportunities, feel free to reach out to david@tcc-wales.org.uk—we’d love to keep you in the loop.

Let’s keep the momentum going!
