Joanne Jones

Jo was born and raised in Wrexham, attending Ysgol Bryn Alyn and later Yale College. She studied Theology at Manchester University, with a particular focus on faith-based social action. She became involved in volunteering with homelessness charities in Manchester and has worked in housing and homelessness related roles since graduating in 2009.

Now living back in Wrexham, she currently works for Housing Justice as Wrexham Citadel Coordinator. Jo is very slowly learning Welsh and attends Hope Street Church. She has worked with TCC as part of the Financial Justice Working Group and is looking forward to getting more involved in TCC’s work as a Trustee.
