Scarlett Williams

Youth and Community Organiser

Scarlett joined TCC in July 2026. She has volunteered with TCC as a Young Leader for 10 years and has joined the team after graduating from the University of Oxford with a First-Class Honours degree in Theology and Religion. Scarlett is well-versed in TCC’s youth and community organising work, and has spent years through TCC, the local youth parliament, and youth consultation boards in her educational settings advocating for the rights and voice of children and young people. She is funded by the Paul Hamlyn Kinship Programme to continue supporting youth-led campaigns, ensuring that young people shape the issues that matter to them and that those with lived experience have the opportunity to influence positive change. 

In her free time, Scarlett is an avid fan of all things Dungeon and Dragons related, organising and participating within her local community of intrepid adventurers.
