Formation of Police Liaison Group

In 2004 TCC formed a long term Police Liaison Group to alter the effectiveness of the policing of Wrexham by influencing the ways in which the police operated as well as the extent of the funding and effectiveness. This long term action resulted in a step change in the way the police operated and also the way in which the local authority perceived the role of the police.
